It was me, my husband, our daughter, and my brother Joshua (level 3 autism). Upon arriving, parking attendants We were directed to park nearby (R$ 30) and ended up far from the entrance. During the tour we learned that There is indoor parking. This information should have come first, especially for... People with disabilities.
- Choose the official parking from the Grêmio Arena.
- Avoid parking attendants and long routes; it makes things much easier for people with disabilities and children.
- Please let us know at the entrance if there is a person with a disability in the group.
We waited a little while to start; some employees they didn't know The specific tour. Upon the guide's arrival, we proceeded by elevator. There are qualified escort during the tour and, on game days, also in the VIP box — a very positive point. In this edition, besides us, there were a family with a boy on the spectrum.

What we recommend improving:

- Pictograms for clear signage (bathrooms, quiet, food, etc.);
