Partnership with Atípicos Viajantes 🧩💙
Inclusive Tourism in Focus
We are very proud to announce our partnership with Atypical Travelers, a project that encourages inclusive tourism and empowers companies to better serve people with autism. Therefore, this partnership strengthens the purpose of Autistics Around the World.
Why is this partnership important?
Therefore, we strive to promote more accessible and welcoming tourism for autistic people and their families. Furthermore, we believe that sharing information and joining forces is essential to transforming travel experiences.

About the project
Atípicos Viajantes was founded in late 2021 by Raphael and Luciana. They decided to encourage autistic families to travel more with their children. They are parents of a teenager with ADHD and an autistic child.
However, realizing the shortage of facilities equipped to serve autistic people, the couple also began training leisure and tourism establishments. This enabled more spaces to become ready to welcome everyone.
Accessibility application
After two years of training companies to serve autistic people, Atípicos Viajantes launched an app in 2025 that aims to gather information on how places welcome autistic people. Furthermore, information about places that serve autistic people well will reach those who need it most: autistic people and their families.
This makes it easier to plan trips, contributing to smoother and safer experiences.
Content on social media
The Instagram page continues to provide information about the world of leisure and tourism for autistic people. It also offers tips on places to visit and guidance on how to access rights related to this area. This way, more families are informed about the available options.
How does our partnership work?
- Dissemination of Atípicos Viajantes content on the Autistando pelo Mundo website and social media.
- Exchange information on accessible locations and inclusive experiences in tourism.
- Joint creation of materials to inform families of autistic people about their rights and leisure options.
- Expansion of the network of establishments equipped to serve the neurodivergent public.
In addition to these initiatives, we plan to hold events and awareness campaigns. This will help us reach even more people interested in promoting inclusion.
