Por ser um <strong>equipamento p\u00fablico<\/strong> e frequentemente utilizado em eventos oficiais, a expectativa \u00e9 de <strong>padr\u00f5es elevados de acessibilidade<\/strong> \u2014 sinaliza\u00e7\u00f5es robustas, rotas claramente demarcadas e atendimento preferencial bem estruturado. Ao longo do post comento pontos positivos e o que pode evoluir.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Foram <strong>dois dias bem intensos<\/strong>, com muito conhecimento compartilhado, in\u00fameras palestras e um p\u00fablico grande. Logo na chegada, confesso que <strong>fiquei apreensiva<\/strong> com a quantidade de pessoas e com algumas falhas de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o na entrada.<\/p>\r\n    <p>O processo era: primeiro, falar com um atendente e informar o <strong>CPF<\/strong>; depois, dirigir-se ao balc\u00e3o para retirar o <strong>kit de boas-vindas<\/strong>. O problema \u00e9 que <strong>n\u00e3o havia fila definida<\/strong> e <strong>quase nenhuma sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> \u2014 formava-se um \u201cajuntamento\u201d. No balc\u00e3o, as divis\u00f5es por letras estavam indicadas em <strong>plaquinhas pequenas e escritas \u00e0 m\u00e3o<\/strong>, o que dificultava a leitura \u00e0 dist\u00e2ncia e aumentava a ansiedade de quem precisa de <em>previsibilidade<\/em> e <em>orienta\u00e7\u00e3o visual clara<\/em>.<\/p>\r\n    <p><strong>Atraso no primeiro dia:<\/strong> o in\u00edcio da programa\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>atrasou bastante<\/strong>, o que gerou desconforto: toda a agenda do dia ficou empurrada e o <strong>t\u00e9rmino tamb\u00e9m<\/strong> acabou mais tarde do que o previsto. Para quem organiza rotinas com anteced\u00eancia (sobretudo pessoas autistas e fam\u00edlias), a pontualidade impacta diretamente a experi\u00eancia. \u23f0<\/p>\r\n    <p><strong>Estacionamento:<\/strong> o estacionamento era <strong>pago \u00e0 parte<\/strong> (cobran\u00e7a do local), <strong>ao ar livre<\/strong>, e custou <strong>R$ 40<\/strong>. <strong>N\u00e3o havia vaga reservada para pessoas com defici\u00eancia<\/strong> nem <strong>isen\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>. Al\u00e9m disso, a <strong>pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o era de pedrinhas\/areia<\/strong>, com <strong>trajeto relativamente longo at\u00e9 a entrada<\/strong>, o que torna a locomo\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>dif\u00edcil para usu\u00e1rios de cadeira de rodas<\/strong> e para quem tem mobilidade reduzida. \ud83d\ude97\u267f<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section aria-labelledby=\"acessibilidade-espaco\" id=\"acessibilidade-espaco\">\r\n    <h2>Acessibilidade do espa\u00e7o: sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, mobilidade e banheiros \u267f<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Nas \u00e1reas superiores \u2014 onde ficavam o <strong>sal\u00e3o central<\/strong>, salas auxiliares (workshops), <strong>sala de descompress\u00e3o<\/strong>, banheiros, <strong>Escape Room<\/strong> e expositores \u2014 <strong>nos orientaram a usar as escadas<\/strong>. Somente ao perguntar depois fui informada de que <strong>existiam elevadores<\/strong>. <strong>Faltou sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o clara<\/strong> indicando elevadores e rotas acess\u00edveis. \u2705 Sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o visual e <em>mapas simples<\/em> fazem muita diferen\u00e7a para reduzir estresse logo no in\u00edcio. Em um centro de conven\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablico, esse deveria ser um <strong>padr\u00e3o permanente<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Um ponto positivo: as escadas tinham <strong>piso t\u00e1til<\/strong> em cada patamar, ampliando a seguran\u00e7a e a autonomia de deslocamento para pessoas com defici\u00eancia visual. \ud83d\udc63<\/p>\r\n    <p><strong>Banheiros:<\/strong> tinham <strong>adapta\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> e, diante do p\u00fablico majoritariamente feminino, a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o transformou um banheiro masculino em feminino \u2014 solu\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e1tica e alinhada ao contexto. Tamb\u00e9m havia <strong>placa em braile<\/strong>. Esses cuidados contam muito. \ud83d\udebb<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section aria-labelledby=\"salao-principal\" id=\"salao-principal\">\r\n    <h2>Sal\u00e3o principal: assentos, palco e recursos sensoriais \ud83c\udfa4<\/h2>\r\n    <p>No sal\u00e3o principal, as cadeiras eram <strong>estofadas<\/strong>, por\u00e9m <strong>bem pr\u00f3ximas<\/strong> umas das outras, <strong>sem descanso de bra\u00e7o<\/strong> e <strong>sem \u00e1reas reservadas para PCD<\/strong>. A ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o era por ordem de chegada. Em eventos cheios, <strong>espa\u00e7o pessoal<\/strong> e <strong>op\u00e7\u00f5es de assentos<\/strong> (com mais dist\u00e2ncia, com ou sem bra\u00e7o) ajudam muito a reduzir sobrecarga sensorial e ansiedade.<\/p>\r\n    <p>O <strong>palco<\/strong> era grande, com bons recursos visuais e auditivos. Entretanto, <strong>n\u00e3o houve int\u00e9rprete de Libras<\/strong> nem recursos voltados a pessoas com defici\u00eancia visual (como <em>audiodescri\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em> ou <em>materiais acess\u00edveis<\/em> disponibilizados por QR Code). Para um congresso sobre inclus\u00e3o, isso precisa entrar como prioridade na pr\u00f3xima edi\u00e7\u00e3o. \ud83e\udde9<\/p>\r\n    <p><strong>Fotos com palestrantes:<\/strong> no momento das fotos, <strong>nem sempre havia algu\u00e9m do staff<\/strong> dispon\u00edvel para ajudar a registrar, ent\u00e3o o p\u00fablico precisou <strong>revezar<\/strong> e tirar as fotos uns dos outros. Al\u00e9m disso, <strong>nem todos os palestrantes compareceram<\/strong> aos momentos de fotos e <strong>os hor\u00e1rios n\u00e3o foram amplamente divulgados<\/strong>, o que gerou d\u00favidas e pequenas aglomera\u00e7\u00f5es. \ud83d\udcf8<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section aria-labelledby=\"conteudo-palestras\" id=\"conteudo-palestras\">\r\n    <h2>Conte\u00fado e palestras: muita qualidade e acolhimento \u2728<\/h2>\r\n    <p>A programa\u00e7\u00e3o foi <strong>rica<\/strong> e <strong>diversificada<\/strong>, com palestras de alto n\u00edvel. Os(as) palestrantes foram <strong>cordiais<\/strong>, <strong>atenciosos<\/strong> e acess\u00edveis \u2014 inclusive para fotos no p\u00f3s-palco e para <strong>trocar dicas espec\u00edficas<\/strong>. \ud83d\udcac\ud83d\udcf8<\/p>\r\n    <p><strong>Destaque importante:<\/strong> v\u00e1rios(as) palestrantes <strong>possuem TEA<\/strong> ou t\u00eam <strong>familiares no espectro<\/strong>. Essa bagagem pessoal tornou as falas <strong>ainda mais enriquecedoras e poderosas<\/strong>, reunindo ci\u00eancia, experi\u00eancia e afeto \u2014 um encontro que faz toda a diferen\u00e7a quando falamos de <em>autismo<\/em> e <em>desenvolvimento infantil<\/em>. \ud83e\udde9\ud83d\udc99<\/p>\r\n    <p>A curadoria conseguiu equilibrar aspectos t\u00e9cnicos com viv\u00eancias, o que aproxima o conte\u00fado da pr\u00e1tica. Para quem atua com <strong>TEA<\/strong> e para quem vive o <strong>autismo<\/strong> no dia a dia (como eu), <strong>h\u00e1 muito valor<\/strong> em ouvir perspectivas diferentes e construir pontes entre evid\u00eancias e humanidade.<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section aria-labelledby=\"descompressao-escape\" id=\"descompressao-escape\">\r\n    <h2>Sala de descompress\u00e3o e Escape Room \ud83c\udf3f\ud83e\udde9<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Havia uma <strong>sala de descompress\u00e3o organizada pela \r\n      <a href=\"https:\/\/shopspider.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Spider<\/a><\/strong>, com recursos sensoriais como \r\n      <strong>abafadores<\/strong>, op\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>luzes desligadas<\/strong>, <strong>balan\u00e7o<\/strong>, <strong>piscina de bolinhas<\/strong> e outros itens (mostro nas fotos do post). \r\n      Para quem precisa dar uma pausa do excesso de est\u00edmulos, isso <strong>faz diferen\u00e7a real<\/strong>. \ud83c\udf31\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p>Tamb\u00e9m havia um <strong>Escape Room<\/strong> com <strong>criptogramas<\/strong> \u2014 uma experi\u00eancia l\u00fadica e reflexiva sobre a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoas que n\u00e3o falam. A proposta foi <strong>criativa<\/strong>, promoveu empatia e gerou conversas importantes. \ud83d\udc4f<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section aria-labelledby=\"alimentacao\" id=\"alimentacao\">\r\n    <h2>Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e intervalo: filas, pre\u00e7o e seletividade alimentar \ud83c\udf7d\ufe0f<\/h2>\r\n    <p>O hor\u00e1rio de almo\u00e7o foi o ponto mais cr\u00edtico da log\u00edstica. Havia apenas <strong>um restaurante<\/strong> com valor de <strong>R$ 68 por pessoa<\/strong> (sem bebida) \u2014 considerado alto por muitos \u2014 e uma <strong>fila extensa<\/strong>. Al\u00e9m disso, existiam somente <strong>tr\u00eas food trucks pequenos<\/strong> no estacionamento (sem <strong>fila preferencial<\/strong>) e <strong>poucos lugares para sentar<\/strong>. O resultado: <strong>gastamos toda a 1h de intervalo<\/strong> s\u00f3 esperando para fazer o pedido em um food truck. \ud83d\ude35\u200d\ud83d\udcab<\/p>\r\n    <p><strong>Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o tardia:<\/strong> as informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre <strong>como seria a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> chegaram por e-mail <strong>apenas 1 ou 2 dias antes<\/strong>. Eu mesma precisei perguntar antes, pois <strong>ainda n\u00e3o tinham divulgado<\/strong> oficialmente. Para quem organiza rotina com anteced\u00eancia (seletividade alimentar, crian\u00e7as, hor\u00e1rios de medica\u00e7\u00e3o etc.), essa informa\u00e7\u00e3o precisa chegar <strong>com maior anteced\u00eancia<\/strong> e estar <strong>centralizada<\/strong> nos canais do evento.<\/p>\r\n    <p>N\u00e3o encontrei informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre <strong>seletividade alimentar<\/strong> (al\u00e9rgenos, op\u00e7\u00f5es sem gl\u00faten\/lactose, infantis, etc.). Em eventos com p\u00fablico neurodiverso e fam\u00edlias, isso precisa ser previsto com carinho e <strong>comunica\u00e7\u00e3o clara<\/strong> nos canais oficiais. \ud83e\uddfe<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section aria-labelledby=\"publico-experiencia\" id=\"publico-experiencia\">\r\n    <h2>P\u00fablico, clima geral e minha experi\u00eancia \ud83e\uddd1\u200d\ud83e\udd1d\u200d\ud83e\uddd1<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Percebi que a maioria do p\u00fablico era formada por <strong>profissionais<\/strong> que atuam com pessoas autistas, mas havia tamb\u00e9m <strong>pessoas autistas<\/strong> \u2014 como eu. Senti falta de algumas <strong>considera\u00e7\u00f5es espec\u00edficas<\/strong> para n\u00f3s, sobretudo nas <strong>filas<\/strong>, <strong>assentos<\/strong> e <strong>sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>. Ainda assim, foi uma <strong>boa experi\u00eancia<\/strong>: aprendi muito sobre TEA e, tamb\u00e9m, sobre mim mesma. Sa\u00edmos de l\u00e1 <strong>inscritos para 2026<\/strong>! \ud83d\udcab<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section aria-labelledby=\"sugestoes\" id=\"sugestoes\">\r\n    <h2>Sugest\u00f5es construtivas para a pr\u00f3xima edi\u00e7\u00e3o (2026) \ud83d\udee0\ufe0f<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Como participante e como profissional do turismo inclusivo, deixo sugest\u00f5es pr\u00e1ticas e realistas que podem elevar a experi\u00eancia de todos:<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h3>1) Acesso e estacionamento<\/h3>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li><strong>Vagas reservadas para PCD<\/strong> pr\u00f3ximas \u00e0 entrada e <strong>registro de isen\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> quando aplic\u00e1vel.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Pavimenta\u00e7\u00e3o acess\u00edvel<\/strong> (ou passarelas) do estacionamento \u00e0 entrada; evitar pedrinhas\/areia.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o externa<\/strong> indicando rotas acess\u00edveis e pontos de embarque\/desembarque.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Mapas simples<\/strong> enviados por e-mail e exibidos em totens na chegada.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h3>2) Credenciamento e filas<\/h3>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li><strong>Filas preferenciais<\/strong> claramente demarcadas (piso e placa) e staff dedicados.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Totens alfab\u00e9ticos<\/strong> altos, leg\u00edveis e padronizados (evitar plaquinhas \u00e0 m\u00e3o).<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Hor\u00e1rios escalonados<\/strong> ou <em>fast track<\/em> para quem sinalizar necessidade (ex.: Sunflower Lanyard \ud83c\udf3b).<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h3>3) Sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o interna e rotas<\/h3>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li><strong>Placas grandes<\/strong> com texto + pictogramas, contraste alto e setas consistentes.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Indica\u00e7\u00e3o vis\u00edvel dos elevadores<\/strong> e rotas acess\u00edveis desde a entrada.<\/li>\r\n      <li>QR Codes com <strong>mapa acess\u00edvel<\/strong>, descri\u00e7\u00e3o das salas e hor\u00e1rios.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h3>4) Salas e assentos<\/h3>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li><strong>\u00c1reas reservadas para PCD<\/strong> com variedade de assentos (com\/sem bra\u00e7o, maior espa\u00e7amento).<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Espa\u00e7os de al\u00edvio sensorial<\/strong> no sal\u00e3o (micro-zonas silenciosas).<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Capacetes abafadores<\/strong> para empr\u00e9stimo, quando poss\u00edvel.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h3>5) Acessibilidade comunicacional<\/h3>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li><strong>Int\u00e9rprete de Libras<\/strong> nas principais sess\u00f5es e <strong>legendagem em tempo real (CART)<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Audiodescri\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> de conte\u00fados-chave e slides <strong>disponibilizados<\/strong> em formato acess\u00edvel.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Materiais pr\u00e9-evento<\/strong> explicando a din\u00e2mica do dia, fluxos e
