We received <strong>complimentary tickets<\/strong> and the manager's availability <strong>Fabriel<\/strong> to support us. In the parking lot, <strong>vacancies reserved for PcD<\/strong> in sight and well signposted. At the entrance, an employee with <strong>autism cord<\/strong> received us calmly and clearly \u2014 handed over the <strong>complimentary tickets<\/strong> (including the one of the <em>Abused<\/em>, normally paid separately) and asked us to wait for the <strong>Fabriel<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n <p>The manager came over quickly, introduced himself kindly, and asked, \u201cWould you prefer <strong>guided tour<\/strong> or be at ease?\u201d We chose to explore in our own time \u2014 and that <em>option<\/em> already says a lot about respect for family autonomy. \ud83d\udc99<\/p>\r\n <p>Furthermore, the <strong>Fabriel offered noise suppressors<\/strong> and reported that the park maintains <strong>mufflers available<\/strong> and <strong>identification lanyards (autism)<\/strong> for anyone who needs it. \ud83c\udfa7\ud83e\udde9<\/p>\r\n\r\n <h3>\u2705 Prepared service<\/h3>\r\n <ul class=\"small\">\r\n <li>Trained employee, clear communication \ud83e\udd1d<\/li>\r\n <li>Guided tour offered by the manager \ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83d\udcbc<\/li>\r\n <li><strong>Mufflers<\/strong> and <strong>identification cord<\/strong> available \ud83c\udfa7\ud83e\udde9<\/li>\r\n <li>Transparent and welcoming courtesy \ud83c\udf9f\ufe0f<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n\r\n <h3>\ud83c\udfc1 Structures visible upon arrival<\/h3>\r\n <ul class=\"small\">\r\n <li>Well-positioned reserved spaces for people with disabilities \u267f<\/li>\r\n <li>Objective signage and simple circulation \ud83e\udeaa<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n \r\n <section id=\"plataforma\">\r\n <h2 class=\"section-title\">\ud83c\udf09 Platform and access<\/h2>\r\n <p>As I stepped onto the platform area, the first sigh came from the sight\u2014and the second, from relief: <strong>ramps<\/strong> on the way, <strong>adapted bathrooms<\/strong> and one <strong>continuous handrail<\/strong> that follows the entire route. For those who use wheelchairs, the layout makes sense, and this changes the experience.<\/p>\r\n <p>We stayed there longer, just feeling the wind and watching the movement. We didn't go to the <em>Abused<\/em> put <strong>fear of heights<\/strong> (totally valid! \ud83d\ude05), but we talked to the team and confirmed that <strong>People with disabilities can use the attraction<\/strong>, observing safety procedures and conditions.<\/p>\r\n <div class=\"callout\">\ud83d\udca1 <strong>Tip:<\/strong> if height\/wind are sensory triggers, plan a <em>short visit<\/em> to the platform and schedule breaks in quieter areas. Muffling headphones can be very helpful.<\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n \r\n <section id=\"pracinha\">\r\n <h2 class=\"section-title\">\ud83d\udedd Accessible square<\/h2>\r\n <p>Another point that won us over was the <strong>little square<\/strong>. It's not \u201cjust for kids\u201d: there are <strong>adaptations that support adults<\/strong>, including <em>balance<\/em>, <em>merry-go-round<\/em> and <em>seesaw<\/em>. Seeing it designed for more bodies and ages is an important step towards inclusive leisure.<\/p>\r\n <ul>\r\n <li>\ud83e\ude91 Reinforced seats and supports<\/li>\r\n <li>\ud83d\udd01 Step-free approach routes<\/li>\r\n <li>\ud83d\udc40 Good visibility for caregivers and staff<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n \r\n <section id=\"abusado\">\r\n <h2 class=\"section-title\">\ud83c\udfa2 The Abused<\/h2>\r\n <p>We didn't board (the "fear of heights" team represented us \u270b), but we did record: the attraction <strong>can be used by people with disabilities<\/strong>, following the team's instructions. It is worth lining up on site what the <strong>boarding<\/strong> and if there is <strong>seat adaptations<\/strong> or priority flows. In any case, it looks like a pleasant and photogenic outing.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n \r\n <section id=\"capacitacoes\">\r\n <h2 class=\"section-title\">\ud83d\udcda Training & protocols<\/h2>\r\n <p>THE <strong>Fabriel<\/strong> told us that the team goes through <strong>periodic training focused on ASD<\/strong> and crisis management. An example they shared with us: on one occasion, to welcome a family, it was <strong>entry with an attachment object is permitted<\/strong> on the platform \u2014 and the child ended up <strong>throwing the object down<\/strong>, making it impossible to recover. From that episode onwards, they reinforced the <strong>cabinet protocol<\/strong> (On the platform, only cell phones go along) and trained the team to <strong>prevent and intervene<\/strong> carefully when sensitive situations arise.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n \r\n <section id=\"melhorias\">\r\n <h2 class=\"section-title\">\ud83d\udee0\ufe0f Improvements in progress<\/h2>\r\n <p>In conversation with the <strong>Fabriel<\/strong>, we learned that new measures are already coming:<\/p>\r\n <ul>\r\n <li>\ud83d\udfe8 <strong>Tactile floor<\/strong> for guidance of blind\/low vision people;<\/li>\r\n <li>\ud83c\udfa7 <strong>Audio description<\/strong> at the iron memorial (with the possibility of expanding throughout the park);<\/li>\r\n <li>\ud83e\uddd1\u200d\ud83e\uddbd Adjustments to the playground toys <strong>who uses a wheelchair<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <p>We also suggest well-received fronts:<\/p>\r\n <ul>\r\n <li>\ud83e\udd1f <strong>Libras on the handrails<\/strong>, describing the landscape (engraved on metal or via QR Code);<\/li>\r\n <li>\ud83d\udcf1 <strong>Ambient audio description<\/strong> along the way (QR Codes help keep content up to date).<\/li>\r\n <\/ul>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n \r\n <section id=\"dicas-tea\">\r\n <h2 class=\"section-title\">\ud83e\udde9 Practical tips for families and ASD<\/h2>\r\n <ul>\r\n <li>\ud83d\udce6 <strong>Mandatory cabinets:<\/strong> on the platform, only cell phones go along.
