A space entirely dedicated to family fun, with several interactive attractions. We took the opportunity to analyze the visit from the perspective of <strong>accessibility<\/strong> and of the <strong>sensory comfort<\/strong> for autistic people. \ud83d\udc99\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n  In <strong>09\/08<\/strong>, we return to a <strong>2nd visit<\/strong>, this time with my brother, as part of the <strong>VIP list<\/strong>, where everyone enters for free \ud83c\udf9f\ufe0f. Once again, we focus on the experience with a focus on inclusion and accessibility.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>\ud83c\udf08 Environment<\/h2>\r\n<p>\r\n  THE <strong>Big Land<\/strong> It&#039;s a charming environment that makes adults and children feel part of a playful and fun world. The games are well-detailed, interactive, and thought-provoking, providing <strong>unique moments<\/strong> for the whole family \ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udc67\u200d\ud83d\udc66.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p>\r\n  THE <strong>kids&#039; space<\/strong> \ud83d\udc67\ud83e\uddd2 worth highlighting: it has an area for adults to sit \ud83e\ude91 and a strategic location close to other attractions, allowing parents to accompany their children and also enjoy other activities.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h2>\ud83e\udde9 How was the 2nd visit (with my brother)<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li><strong>Start with resistance<\/strong>: he experienced initial discomfort, especially in areas with more light and sound stimuli.<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Quick adaptation<\/strong>: after that moment, <strong>enjoyed the toys a lot<\/strong> and in the end, I didn&#039;t want to leave \ud83d\ude0d.<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Attentive staff<\/strong>: employees were <strong>helpful and welcoming<\/strong>, including during the initial small crisis. \ud83d\udc4f<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>\u267f Accessibility<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li><strong>Free admission<\/strong> to <strong>autistic people and people with disabilities<\/strong> \u2013 excellent inclusion initiative \u2764\ufe0f.<\/li>\r\n  <li>There is <strong>adapted bathroom<\/strong> \ud83d\udebb, but the space still has <strong>few physical adaptations<\/strong> for mobility.<\/li>\r\n  <li><strong>Does not have<\/strong> tactile flooring or audio description.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Expansion plans reported by the team, which should improve mobility for wheelchair users.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>\ud83d\udca1 What can be improved<\/h2>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>\ud83c\udfa7 Create a <strong>reserved sensory space<\/strong> for people with sound sensitivity, reducing the impact of loud sounds at certain times.<\/li>\r\n  <li>\ud83e\uddf8 Include <strong>toys specifically for the autistic public<\/strong>, with more controlled stimuli.<\/li>\r\n  <li>\ud83d\udeaa Invest in <strong>wider accesses<\/strong> and support bars.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h2>\u2705 Conclusion<\/h2>\r\n<p>\r\n  THE <strong>Big Land<\/strong> it&#039;s a space <strong>welcoming and familiar<\/strong>, with a unique proposal that entertains everyone. The <strong>free of charge for autistic people and people with disabilities<\/strong> is a major highlight and demonstrates concern for inclusion. Even with improvements to be made in physical and sensory accessibility, <strong>quality of service<\/strong> and the <strong>team attention<\/strong> make the experience extremely positive.
